THE 2021 Coleraine Racing Club and Hamilton Racing Club are bracing for second consecutive cup days without crowds.

Premier, Daniel Andrews, announced lockdown would be extended with restrictions set to be eased when the state hits vaccination targets, which are expected to be around September 23.
