TO set a new scene for lawn bowls in Victoria, several changes have been made to administration levels.

Previously, Bowls Victoria local administration was made up of 16 regions, eight Melbourne metropolitan and eight basically in the country areas.

The country ones were then split into associations in old terms, divisions in latter times, and all local admin and division competitions were facilitated by the division.
