Former Imp wins Irish flag

A FORMER Imperials player has added to his achievements recently, as Levi Kalms helped the South Dublin Swans to an AFL Ireland premiership at the weekend.

The 2001 Western Border Football League premiership player helped the red and white to victory with the game forced into extra time.

The Swans faced the Cork-based Leeside Lions and kicked 13.11 (89) to 14.5 (89), before kicking four goals to one in extra time to claim the premiership.
