JAMES Moore and Zeth Bennett are two of Portland’s brightest young sporting talents, and they proved it last weekend, when they went off to Melbourne to compete in the Australian Scooter Association’s qualifiers to make it into the State Championships.

Both were successful, winning their respective competitions and, with this the first major scooter tournament since the pandemic began, their wins hold them in good stead for National Titles, to be held in Melbourne this year.
