ALEXANDRA Park was full of action on yesterday morning with the existing rooms demolished to make way for the new $5.2 million redevelopment. The rooms had previously been used by the Westerns Football Netball Club and the Gorae-Portland Cricket Club. The development will see a new multipurpose pavilion, car parking and accessible pathways. Part of the development also included new sport-standard lighting which was installed in June.
