THE game of golf provides great opportunity for competition, including competition against other golfers, against other clubs and the competitive urge to improve one’s own game. 

Last week saw Parklands Golf Club triumphant in the annual Nichol–Read Challenge against Mooralla at Parklands, whereas this week they were trounced in the annual Macarthur-Parklands Challenge at Macarthur.
