CELTIX have taken out top honours in the Portland Basketball Association’s men’s division one basketball competition on Sunday, with the side prevailing over Tigersharks in their grand final at Portland Basketball Stadium.

The game was low scoring in the early going, as both teams struggled to find their range despite a couple of early threes to Celtix players Davey Denboer and Jackson Dunlop.
