PIGEON Ponds has gone back-to-back, winning the Hamilton and District Cricket Association (HDCA) Twenty-20 final against Grampians at Melville Oval on Sunday.

Ponds chased down 146, thanks to a man of the match performance from Anthony Close.

Close smashed 68-not-out to help the Ponds to their second consecutive T20 title.
