ST Andrew’s will welcome back two-time A grade premiership player, Kane Taylor, for the 2021-22 Hamilton and District Cricket Association season.
Taylor played the 2020-21 season with Drysdale in the Bellarine Peninsula Cricket Association, where he had a strong back end of the summer.
Playing 10 games for the season, Taylor’s start to last season was inconsistent with scores of 24, one, 47 and zero.
After a score of 70 in round six, he showed his class with the bat, finishing with scores of 37, 16, 93, 21 and 22 to finish the season.
Taylor made the decision to return to the Drews this coming summer and is excited about the opportunities in front of him.
“I’m excited to be back and am looking forward to the season ahead,” Taylor told The Spectator.
“I love the club and it’s strong successful culture.”
