THE Greater Western Victoria (GWV) Rebels will go into the 2021 NAB League season with a new coach after Marc Greig stepped down from the role last week.

A taste of normality during the coronavirus impacted 2020 season prompted the decision with the Under-18 boys team mentor set to return to his earlier trade roots in the construction industry, while spending more time with his family.

“While this COVID-19 period has been hard for a lot of people including myself at times, it has given me a chance to get back on the tools and have my weekends free and nights at home with the kids,” Greig said.
