IN a normal year, local communities would be rallying for the culmination of the football and netball seasons, however this is far from a normal year and in September 2020 the roar of the crowd, the cheers and the tears, are sadly missing.

Recruiting for the 2021 football and netball season is on in earnest and the Hamilton based Western District Umpires Association (WDUA) hoped to expand its numbers.
