LOCAL draft prospect, Josh Rentsch didn’t receive the news he would’ve hoped towards the end of last week when he didn’t hear his name called out in the AFL national or rookie drafts, but he is looking to put that behind him and play the best football he can next year.

The 18-year-old key forward was ranked by Fox Footy to go as pick number 55 in the national draft on Thursday, however he was not selected in the 65 picks that were called across the two nights.
