THE only local game of the Western Victoria Female Football League will be played at Hanlon Park on Sunday with Portland’s under-18 youth girls team taking the field against South Warrnambool.

Sunday’s game will be a huge test for the young side with South Warrnambool currently sitting undefeated on top of the ladder.

With just eight points scored against them in four games South Warrnambool’s defensive line will put the young Tigers to the test.

Portland has won one game so far this season but has been able to execute more scoreboard pressure in their last few match ups which will be a key come tomorrow’s clash.

The game is scheduled to kick off at 11am.
