THERE is light at the end of the tunnel in the Hampden Football Netball League (HFNL) for Hamilton Kangaroos despite being beaten by 65 points by South Warrnambool at Melville Oval on Saturday, 8.7 (55) to 18.12 (120).

The conditions for football were ideal for both teams, as the Roos were searching for their first win of the season against the ladder leaders.
