THE Hamilton Kangaroos will be battling to stay alive when they face Warrnambool in its HFNL Under-16 Elimination Final at Hanlon Park tomorrow.
The Matt Dunn-coached side finished the home and away season in fifth position, three wins behind the Blues, but the blue and white shouldn’t be discounted with plenty of talent across the field.
Should the Kangaroos win, they will progress to face the loser of the qualifying final between Terang-Mortlake and South Warrnambool.
The Under-14 Kangaroos finished sixth, missing out on finals by two wins.
The finals are standalone for football, with the junior netball moving to Saturdays this season.
The first bounce is scheduled for 2.45pm.
