The first activity under the plan will commence on Friday and will take the form of a modified short version of the game designed for those new to golf, but will also be attractive for the old hands.
The catchy title it has been given is Friday Fast Five.
The activity will comprise five holes of golf with novelties on all holes.
The focus is on having fun and providing a relaxed environment for casual golfers to put their toe in the waters of competitive golf.
The game will commence at 1pm and we expect it to conclude at approximately 2.30pm, at which time all participants will retire to the clubhouse for afternoon tea and presentations.
Rules for this day are extremely relaxed, so come along and have some fun and meet up with some new people.
A limited number of golf clubs will be available on the day so do not be deterred if you do not have any. Everyone is welcome, beginners through to the experienced to enjoy the picturesque course and the camaraderie.
