HAWKESDALE export, Melissa Julius, is eyeing off a return to the saddle at Hamilton this weekend after recovering from a nasty fall at Moonee Valley on Friday night.

Saturday’s Hamilton Cup day is the meet the 29-year-old jockey is eyeing off for her comeback if she gets approved by doctors and passes a concussion test. It will be a week since her accident by that point and she said earlier in the week she was hopeful of ticking all the boxes.
