RECENT rain has put today’s Hamilton Cup in doubt with the meet to either shift location or change days.

Stewards met with the Hamilton Racing Club on Friday morning to assess the track with the Heavy10 rating from Thursday morning the bottom of the scale with more rain falling throughout the day. The Hamilton track was eventually ruled out after a steward’s inspection with Coleraine the other track on offer if the meeting is to go ahead today; a final decision was not made at the time of print.
