THE Penshurst Racing Club is preparing for a sight which has been missed for the majority of 2020 with the Penshurst Cup set to be the only cup in the region to be contested in front of crowds.

The club has put in an application to have spectators with current guidelines allowing for 1000 people to attend plus industry personnel.
