HARNESS racing had its day in the spotlight in Hamilton on Sunday with the Trotters Cup and Pacing Cup contested.
Kate Gath drove Emma Stewart trained Fourbigmen to victory in the $35,000 Pacing Cup, while Chris Alford guided Stress Factor NZ to the win in the $14,500 Trotters Cup for trainer, Brent Lilley.
Fast times were once again a feature of the day, maintaining the Hamilton track’s reputation as one of the fastest in the state.
