COVERING the costs of student life should be a lot easier for three local young women set to start university soon, who have received the Portland Women’s Service Club (PWSC) tertiary education scholarships.

The annual scholarship has this year been awarded to Jemma Chapple, and Jemma Nelson from Portland and Adeline Pritchard from Narrawong.
