CREWS will break ground on the Southern Grampians Shire Council’s (SGSC) Cox Street Redevelopment later this week to revamp the troublesome and highly trafficked area.

The major thoroughfare’s redevelopment was the topic of an emergency seven-minute Council meeting last month after continued complaints from frustrated locals about potholes and crumbling footpaths.
