A HAMILTON man who was driving at less than 10 kilometres per hour on Gray Street and hit a woman he said he didn’t see as she was walking across the pedestrian crossing, has been fined and placed on a good behaviour bond.   

Facing a single charge of careless driving, 63-year-old Gary Porter pleaded guilty at the Hamilton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
