PROPERTY data, information, analytics and services provider, CoreLogic have recorded the number of houses for sale in the Southern Grampians Shire has decreased by 25.5 per cent in the last 12 months.

CoreLogic’s latest Regional Market Update recorded sales in Australia’s regions and for the 12 months to July 2023, showed there were 237 houses sold in the shire in that period that were on the market for an average of 56 days, with a median value of $358,749 - a decrease in value by 4.2 per cent.
