THE township of Coleraine has graduated as a Heart Safe Community.

The Heart Safe Community program is a joint initiative between Ambulance Victoria (AV) and the Heart Foundation, and Coleraine is one of 11 new Heart Safe Communities in Victoria now equipped to save more lives - one of 29 across the state.
