AFTER sighting a historical 1918 photograph of an old house published in The Spectator back in 2005, Ian Hunter suspected it might actually be the house in which he has lived for the last 40 years at 82 Coleraine Road.

The Spectator printed the photo provided by the Hamilton History Centre for an ‘In retrospect’ feature which stated that the old house may have originally been situated where the playground of St Mary’s Primary School was once positioned.
