ANGRY customers who lost possessions through water damage at a Portland storage business are demanding answers after claiming they have been kept in the dark for months.

Stax of Storage, however, claims it has been “working tirelessly” to resolve the issue which has seen some customers incur losses of tens of thousands of dollars, with no resolution in sight.
