SOUTHERN Grampians Shire Council coordinates the Southern Grampians Transport Accident Commission (TAC) L2P Program in Hamilton, which helps eligible Victorian learner drivers aged 16 to 21 to gain important driving experience and build their driving hours needed to obtain a Victorian probationary licence.

The Southern Grampians TAC L2P Program (which matches learners without access to a supervising driver or a car to a trained mentor) have taken in over 100 learners since its inception in Hamilton eight and a half years ago.
