HAMILTON Youth Centre, Stable Ground founder, primary school teacher and mother, Lee-Ann Elmes, is excited to nominate as a candidate for the upcoming Southern Grampians Shire Council election next month.

Ms Elmes immigrated from South Africa along with her family in 2003, having lived in Hamilton with her husband for the past six years.
