ON Wednesday, locals may have seen Justin Millikin and his faithful Staffordshire Bull Terrier, ‘Louise’ passing through Hamilton’s CBD or spotted the duo while Mr Millikin popped in for groceries at Ritchies IGA Hamilton.

From Adelaide, Mr Millikin is currently undertaking a self-funded ‘walk for freedom’ averaging 20 kilometres per day while pulling his belongings in a compact cart he has named ‘Carter’.
