LAST week, the 2024 Young Leaders participants took part in their graduation event and presented their experiences to an audience of more than 40 people at HIRL in Hamilton.

The Young Leaders Program officially started in 2021 and was based off the highly successful Future Leaders Program that was founded by Portland Aluminium in 2005 to showcase the many different industries in the community, to bring youth back into the community after their tertiary studies, and create a workforce of inspiring leaders.
