THE Victorian Farmers Federation has called on extra support for agricultural freight workers to help them comply with COVID-19 interstate border crossing requirements in the lead up to harvest.

The VFF said it was “deeply concerned” by the impact the current border requirements with South Australia and New South Wales in particular would have on freight workers who were required to cross state borders for their work.
