THE Portland Basketball Association has capped off a successful return of the South West Classic tournament with some exciting grand finals on Monday.

After a long hiatus due to COVID the tournament returned in impressive fashion this year with 14 men’s teams, spread across two grades, and three women’s teams battling it out.
