Saturday
Prior to the tournament starting the usual Saturday competition was held with a drawn stableford pairs aggregate event with Murray Frost and Sue Storer finishing the day on top.
Everyone played their own game then partners were drawn at the end of play in the clubhouse.
The winners were Murray Frost (16) 40pts and Sue Storer (14) 33pts, for a combined 73pts.
Great to see the best score of the day, Murray’s 40pts, be a part of the winning team, in this format anything can and does happen.

Just to show how nasty this format is, third place went to Andrew MacLeod (11) 37pts and Brian Harris (22) 31pts for a total of 68pts.
