WHILE race days have been quieter with no crowds recently, it’s been as busy as usual at this time of the year at other courses in the region.
Clubs have hosted regular gallops and jump-outs in recent months to support participants, and that will continue in coming weeks at Casterton, Coleraine, Hamilton and Penshurst.
Last Tuesday saw gallops and jump-outs at Casterton where Group 1 runners at Caulfield today in Begood Toya Mother and Reykjavik were among those who galloped.
