THE Penshurst and District Racing Club (PDRC) remains hopeful of holding the Penshurst Cup with crowds in 2021, with spectators not yet ruled out.

Awaiting advice from the State Government and Country Racing Victoria (CRV), the club is preparing for an event with crowds and an event without crowds, while they wait for further guidance.
