PORTLAND Golf Club hosted the Western District Golf Association’s men’s, women’s and mixed pennant finals across Sunday and yesterday, with the club’s division three men’s pennant side secured a strong victory during Sunday’s scratch final, beating Grampians in the decider 5-2.

THE Portland Golf Club is preparing to host the Western District Golf Association pennant finals on Sunday and Monday, with the local division one side set to compete in the scratch grand final against Warrnambool.

SIXTY-SIX men played stableford last Saturday, with the second round of the Spectator Trophy also played.
